Your designated position entails a monthly compensation of $3,000, wherein incomplete To-Do items shall incur deductions from your earnings based on the item's relevance. However, if you delegate an item at least one week before the deadline, the deduction shall be halved if the workload is completed by another staff member. Conversely, if you accept a task that was delegated by someone else, the percentage they've forfeited will be added to your income. Furthermore, we require absolute honesty as any form of dishonest behavior in this regard shall be regarded as theft.

It's reasonable to accept that individuals may occasionaly fail to complete a task or two, so applauding those who exceed expectations is paramount. The table below lists completed tasks and the respective percentage of monthly salary achieved. Top performers not only receive more than their base salary as recompense for taking on tasks relinquished by others, but there's also a $100 reward for the employee finishing first each month. In the case of a tie, the reward is divided equally. We express our gratitude for your unwavering commitment to hard work.
