Boot Camps

Take a look at the video below to catch a glimpse of our boot camps. Through a series of stations, players regularly attending these sessions will get stronger, better, and faster through a variety of highly established avenues. BOOK HERE

Boot camps are an hour long, have room for up to 16 players at once, and include a great deal of rigorously fun exercises.

Bookings for these events must be made 8 hours prior for personnel reasons. And please show up at least 5 minutes early to these events for organizational purposes.

LAYOUT
  • 40 sec intervals - 8 sec rests
  • 4 sets, then 30 sec switch/water
  • Rotate in groups of 2
  • Repeat overall twice
  • {16} players max
WORKOUTS
  • {2} VERTIMAX (Switch 1st/2nd time)
    - Mon: Ball Drop, Jumps
    - Tue: Ball Pounds, Step-ups
    - Wed: Side Lunges, Box Jumps
    - Thu: Closeout Slides, 4-limb Jump
    - Fri: Retreat/Beat, Rebounds
  • {2} SHOOTING
    - Shooting machine or 5-minute makes
    - Switch each shot, or challenge the other
    - Take turns to retrieve errant balls
  • {4} STRENGTH - rotate every 40 seconds
    - Inertia, Biceps, Wrist Roller, Sandbags
    - Repeat twice
  • {4} CARDIO - rotate every 40 seconds
    - Jump Ropes, Sprints, Box Jumps, Boso
    - Repeat twice
  • {4} MACHINES - rotate every 40 seconds
    - Abs, Squats, Bike, Hurdles
    - Repeat twice
