At our fitness center, we are committed to providing every new mom with a workout that works for them. Our Mommy & Me workout schedule is carefully designed to offer opportunites for every mom at every stage to participate in all styles of workouts. We understand that life with a newborn can be unpredictable, so we offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate all needs. If a mom shows up to a workout that is not meant for her stage, that's okay - we will do our best to modify the exercises to ensure everyone is kept safe and progressing in their fitness journey. Our primary focus is to provide a safe and supportive environment for mom and baby, no matter the stage!
